Ideal to consume along with fresh fruit, such as peach or nectarine, dried fruits, as the nuts. Also with short aging wines, low astringency and low acidity. Excellent wood from white to red like merlot or syrah. Serve at 22 °C.
In the kitchen to grill vegetables, make a warm salad, risotto, sauces or on hot toast or steak.
