An organic cheese soft and creamy texture while fluid, shows an excellent harmony of aromas and flavors. Our little treat, as well as being self-produced, is the most appropriate to transform raw milk. Presents a variety of shades and flavors, ever changing. Rich in minerals, which vary by season and feeding the animals.
Ideal to taste alone and slowly to discover the intense flavor and variety of shades. It combines especially well with dried fruits.
In the kitchen for dishes with few ingredients (no more than three), to highlight the cheese flavor.
Ingredients: Raw ecologic goat milk, salt, lactic ferments and curd.
The temperature for a suitable conservation should be 3-7 °C.
The temperature for a recommended of consumption should be 18-20 °C.
The recommended serving temperature is between 18 and 20 °C.
