It is a soft paste organic cheese, lactic curd and pasteurized goat milk covered with white mold. Mild flavor that as the healing process progresses it becomes more acute.
Ideal for melting on all types of meat. As an ingredient for appetizers, salads and desserts or accompanied by sweets (quince, honey and jams of all kinds, sweet or acid).
Ingredients: Pasteurized ecological goat milk, salt, lactic ferments and curd.
The temperature for a suitable conservation should be 3-7 °C.
The temperature for a recommended of consumption should be 18-20 °C.
The recommended serving temperature is between 18 and 20 °C.
