Description

Hard paste organic cheese and pasteurized goat milk, compact texture and pronounced flavor. Maturation, conducted with great care, can accentuate the flavor of the different kinds of pepper that cover: definite intensity, closed texture but always buttery with a long and spicy taste.

Ideal for (see Formatge Corba, considering the intensity of superior flavor of this cheese and to combine it with any meat or to taste it with a merlot of great reserve wine or of long aging.)

In the kitchen (see Formatge Corba, considering that a harder texture less moisture, thus more difficult to melt or to cook au gratin.)

Ingredients: Pasteurized ecological goat milk, salt, lactic ferments and curd.

The temperature for a suitable conservation should be 3-7 °C.

The temperature for a recommended of consumption should be 18-20 °C.

The recommended serving temperature is between 18 and 20 ° C.
