Hard paste organic cheese and pasteurized goat milk, compact texture and pronounced flavor. Its ripening time accentuates the flavor and aroma of rosemary, of the nature and of the forests: defined intensity, closed texture but always buttery and a flavor that stays on the taste buds.
Ideal for (see Corba, considering the intensity of a higher flavor of this cheese) combine with meat of hunt like the wild boar, the deer, the chamois…
In the kitchen (see Corba, considering that a harder texture less moisture, thus more difficult to melt or to cook au gratin.)
Ingredients: Pasteurized ecological goat milk, salt, lactic ferments and curd.
The temperature for a suitable conservation should be 3-7 °C.
The temperature for a recommended of consumption should be 18-20 °C.
The recommended serving temperature is between 18 and 20 °C.
